Invalidato il sondaggio per l’Atleta del Centenario Coni, ma gli hacker siamo tutti noi!

Udine, 3 giugno 2014. Il referendum per eleggere l’Atleta del Centenario Coni si è chiuso il 31 maggio ed i risultati sono stati straordinari: duecentoventicinque gli atleti italiani (in vita) che potevano essere votati in quanto vincitori del titolo olimpico. Le 36.936 preferenze espresse sono andate distribuite fra sessantuno campioni e hanno attribuito il primo posto a Ezio Gamba con il 25,1% dei voti, seguito da Giuseppe Abbagnale (22,2%), Igor Cassina (14,3%) e Alberto Tomba (13,3%). Un successo travolgente, provocato dall’eccezionale serie di contatti attivati in Italia e nel mondo a chiedere il voto per Ezio. E se la richiesta è stata efficace, la risposta è stata assolutamente incredibile, facendo fare un salto alla percentuale di Ezio Gamba di oltre venti punti soltanto negli ultimi giorni utili. E dalla quarta posizione il campione olimpico di Mosca 1980 è balzato in vetta alla classifica, ottenendo un eloquente riscontro di stima e ammirazione legati al suo lavoro per il judo nel mondo. A tutti coloro che per questo risultato si sono attivati anche con un semplice voto, va il nostro grazie sincero, la missione è compiuta. A chi (assieme a noi) vuole sapere il nome dell’Atleta del Centenario del Coni, deve attendere venerdì 6 giugno, quando il Presidente del CONI, Giovanni Malagò, insieme a Franco Carraro, Mario Pescante e Giovanni Petrucci, gli ex Presidenti viventi del Comitato Olimpico Nazionale Italiano, in conferenza stampa illustreranno le iniziative e gli eventi legati alle celebrazioni del Centenario. Il sondaggio infatti, è stato invalidato. Un gradimento così rilevante, espresso in così poco tempo e da così tante provenienze diverse, è stato considerato l’azione di un hacker. In questo caso, l’hacker è stato ognuno di noi. Siamo stati tutti noi, con la nostra passione per il judo e la riconoscenza per quanto Ezio sta facendo. Ed anche questo è un record.
The referendum to elect the Athlete of the Coni Centenary ended May 31^st , and the results have been extraordinary. You could chose between 225 italian Olympic champions (still living), 61 champions were rated with a total of 36 936 preferences. The first place was awarded to Ezio Gamba with 25.1% of the votes, followed by Giuseppe Abbagnale (22.2%), Igor Cassina (14.3%) and Alberto Tomba (13.3%). An overwhelming success, caused by the exceptional number of contacts made in Italy and in the world. The request was effective, the response has been absolutely incredible, Ezio Gamba has gained 20 percentage points in the last two days useful! The Olympic Champion of Moscow has jumped from fourth position atop the leaderboard , this is an eloquent confirmation of esteem and admiration for his work related to judo in the world. Thanks to all those who have worked for this result, also with only one vote. The mission is accomplished. Those who like us want to know the name of the Athlete of the Coni Centenary must wait Friday, June 6^th. On this day the President of CONI, Giovanni Malagò, together with Franco Carraro , Mario Pescante and Giovanni Petrucci, the former living Presidents of the Coni, will explain the initiatives and events related to the centenary celebrations during a press conference. The on-line survey has been invalidated . A so relevant rating, expressed in so a short time and from so many different countries… this was considered the action of a hacker. In this case, the hacker was each of us. We did it…with our passion for judo and gratitude for what Ezio is doing. And this is also a record.
